Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing. Many insurance companies do not allow third party direct billing. Please check your extended health coverage to determine if direct billing is an option.


Do I have coverage for the service I am receiving?

Benefits vary from policy to policy, contact your insurance provider to inquire about your extended health coveage.


Do I need a referral?

We don't require that you to have a referral. Your extended health coverage may require a doctors referral, contact your insurance provider to confirm.


My injury is not sports related, can I still come for treatment.

Yes. Our services are not limited to athletes, we treat all types of injuries including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, work related and common strains and sprains.


What forms of payment do your accept?

We accept debit / cash / visa / mastercard


Are your services covered by Veterans Affairs?

Yes. Our Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist will direct bill to Blue Cross.


What questions should I ask my insurance company regarding coverage?

A checklist of questions regarding your extended health coverage is provided below:

• Does my policy cover Kinesiology?

We offer direct billing with various insurance companies. Please contact your provider to see if direct billing is an option for you.


Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hrs. notice for cancellation. Appointments considered "no shows" and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of their services.
